1. Acceptance of Terms
By using MindCare by Dr. L, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use
the platform.

2. Purpose
The platform provides educational training only. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or clinical
care. Use does not establish a provider–patient relationship.

3. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years of age to access the platform.

4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to: (1) Use the platform for education only, (2) Not upload PHI, (3) Follow laws and
facility policies, (4) Maintain confidentiality of materials.

5. Privacy
No PHI is collected. Limited personal data (e.g., login email, records) may be collected for certification
and stored securely. See HIPAA policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property
All content is owned by Julia Lesselyong, PsyD and MindCare by Dr. L. Copying or redistribution
without permission is not allowed.

7. Liability
The platform is provided “as is” with no warranties or outcome guarantees. Julia Lesselyong, PsyD
and MindCare by Dr. L are not liable for damages arising from use.

8. Modifications
MindCare by Dr. L may update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies agreement.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona.
